Welcome to our practice. Dr. Paul Feldman and the staff are dedicated to providing the highest quality dental health care in a clean and comfortable environment.

Below is a summary of our office policies and procedures. Please read them carefully before your initial appointment. If you have questions concerning them, please call our office prior to your appointment, so that we may answer them.

If you are transferring from a previous dentist, please tell our office manager so that we may obtain any prior records, should you want us to. We will be happy to assist you in obtaining those records.

Please note that we have reserved time in our schedule just for you; therefore, we ask that if you must change your appointment, please call us at least 48 hours in advance.

Office Hours:

Monday: 9 AM to 6 PM
Tuesday: 12 PM to 8 PM
Thursday: 7 AM to 3 PM
Friday: 7 AM to 2 PM
Every Other Saturday: 8 AM to 12:30 PM

Initial Visit
During you initial visit, we will perform a thorough examination for dental caries (tooth decay), periodontal condition (gum disease), as well as a soft tissue exam and oral cancer screening. The initial exam will include any necessary X-rays and other tests required in making an accurate diagnosis. Dr. Feldman will present you with a comprehensive treatment plan, as well as discuss alternative treatment at this time.

Dental Insurance
We will assist you in maximizing your dental insurance benefits. Please bring with you a completed dental form for your first visit. After that, we will be able to submit your insurance without any additional forms from you. Please understand that there are limitations to dental insurance and that while we will try to maximize your benefits, our primary goal is to provide you with the highest quality dental care.

Financial Arrangements
All patients are expected to pay for their initial appointment in full. Unless other arrangements are made, payment is expected at the time of treatment. We will be happy to extend financial arrangements to make the highest quality dental care affordable to you. You may discuss financial arrangements with our office manager.
